Nautilus International Risk Consultants Ltd has been recognised with a Gold Award in the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), presented by the Ministry of Defence’s Defence Relationship Management (DRM) team in November 2025. Gold is the highest badge of honour in the scheme, reserved for employers who demonstrate exceptional and sustained support for the Armed Forces community.

The Employer Recognition Scheme recognises organisations that pledge, demonstrate, and advocate support for the Armed Forces Covenant, from employing veterans, reservists, and military spouses, to accommodating reservist training commitments and championing the wider Defence community. Having held Silver status in 2024, this Gold award reflects the continued growth of Nautilus’s commitment to the people who serve.

Much of our team’s expertise is rooted in genuine Service experience, from decades spent within UK MOD roles to frontline operational backgrounds, and that shared understanding shapes how we support veterans, reservists, and their families as employees today. Being named a Gold employer is recognition of that culture, not just a policy on paper.
