Make the reasoning visible

Define the decisions participants need to practise and the standards instructors will use to review them. A structured debrief can examine what was noticed, how it was interpreted and why a response was chosen.

Technology selected for the training task

VirTra simulation technology can support representative scenarios and instructor-led review. Agree the appropriate system, courseware and training configuration with the team, including how specialist instruction and technical support will be provided.
