Nautilus International has a proud and distinguished history in the defence sector, built on the expertise of former members of the United Kingdom Armed Forces. We specialise in delivering advanced capabilities and cutting-edge simulation training services. At the heart of our continued success is a strong commitment to research and development, which serves as a cornerstone of our innovation.

We are proud supporters of the Armed Forces Covenant, with over 60% of our workforce comprising veterans from across the Tri-services. We also actively support team members who serve in the UK Ministry of Defence Reserve Forces.
